Pure Blossoms Sommelier Pick (email, 11:00 AM) and Flower Power Pre-Roll Push (email, 12:00 PM) both target UWS-overlapping customers. Shared customers (~320 dedup'd) would receive two Pure-Blossoms-portfolio emails within 1 hour — deliverability risk + customer annoyance.
PCA actionPCA action: add Flower Power's UWS segment to Pure Blossoms' AIQ suppression list for this send. Alt: stagger Sommelier Pick to 10:00 AM (2-hour buffer). Sommelier Pick targets Premium Flower Buyers + UWS Regulars as a combined audience. 180 customers sit in both segments. AIQ will naturally dedup — but confirm the dedup toggle is ON in the segment-builder before scheduling, or those 180 get the email twice.
PCA actionPCA action: in AIQ segment builder, confirm "deduplicate across segments" is checked. This is usually ON by default but has flipped off before during bulk edits.
Cycle-level QC notes
- Load campaigns in chronological order. Test-send each to the CRM internal address first.
- Upload Alpine IQ segments in the exact order AIQ expects — paste the segment name, confirm audience size matches expected reach within 5%.
- Schedule in ET (America/New_York). AIQ defaults to store timezone but double-check the dropdown each time.
- Cross-check the UWS send-collision warning below before scheduling Sommelier Pick (Sun May 10). PCA-internal — don't escalate to owner.
- Universal OCM disclaimer block lives in AIQ's footer template library as `pca-ocm-footer-v2`. Don't paste it per campaign; apply the template.
